Our oceanfront rental is located on the south end of Hilton Head Island on 4 North Forest Beach Drive; this is a favorite spot for couples and small families to spend their Hilton Head Vacations. You do not have to drive or walk to the beach, you are already there; the ocean is right out the door.

We live on Hilton Head Island SC on North Forest Beach, "our favorite area", so we are able to make sure our Hilton Head Vacation Rental is clean and well maintained. We personally inspect both our rental properties prior to each arrival, insuring our guest a wonderful, enjoyable stay. The majority of our guests are repeat renters, if they need to contact us during their stay; we are just a phone call away!
Hilton Head Breakers #240 is a renovated - True Direct Oceanfront - Private End Unit Condo and has the best view Hilton Head Island has to offer. You have a breathtaking, panoramic view of the beach and ocean. The only thing between Breakers #240 and the ocean is a few feet of sand, you really cannot get any closer; it is like being on the beach without leaving the villa.
Fantastic Rates for True, Direct Oceanfront Rentals located on North Forest Beach Drive! Our weekly rental rates include all cleaning fees, the only additional charge is the 11% occupancy tax. The majority of our guests are repeat renters and we book up quickly, so make your reservations early. If the rental dates you desire are not available email us and we will put you on our waiting list.
If you have made reservations, you will need to print out the entire Rental Agreement, fill in the requested information and mail with you deposit/payment. We highly recommend that our Guest purchase Travel Insurance for cancellations/date changes outside of the dates specified on the Rental Agreement/Contract.
We do not offer refunds or date changes for ANY reason after the specified cancellation dates stated on the Rental Agreement. Changing reservation dates is the same as a refund. The date change takes away the opportunity to then possibly book those dates. It is the responsibility of the Guest to purchase Travel Insurance for cancellations outside of the specified dates stated on the Rental Agreement.

Great location, I have a one bedroom rental. Would not recommend it for more than one couple. They are smaller and a sofa sleeper would take up most of the living room. The buildimg is under renovation and certain ares do not have elevator access so it is important to ask when renting if you are on an upper floor. Parking is close to or under units. Easy walking distance to grocery, other shopping, and some restaurants. Pool is smaller but convienent. Beach access is great with several stations to wash off sand.

We were given room keys and told. Told It was ready. We did not get in our room for 3 hours after supposed arrival time due to them calling cleaners to come clean. It was 7 pm before we got to go in the room after reporting it was left trashed by previous renters.Pictures are what we walked in to. Mold growing on ceilings and curtains missing. They are installing elevators. The building materials take up several parking spots and at times there are no open spots to park. Stair wells and hall ways outside are pitch black as lights are burnt out. Had stayed here previously in different room but will

We stay here every year when we visit Hilton Head Island. The views are perfect, the sunsets are breathtaking and the lodging is perfect. Our condo is always comfortable (we travel as a pair) and there is always a kitchen/bathroom/living area in addition to the bedroom. Most units also have a washer/dryer installed. These rentals are also all beach facing which is the main reason we stay.
