Jordana Turkel graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics and a concentration in Pediatrics. She has an excitement for healthy eating and believes in counseling through the language of food. Jordana is skilled at conducting nutrition assessments, medical nutrition therapy, and diabetes self-management education.

Awful experience. The doctor told me to expect lab results back within a week, but I didn't receive the results until 3.5 weeks later. I was particularly anxious to get these results back because they would indicate whether something more serious was going on. When I called to check on the results, the receptionists were extremely nasty, and one even called back to pick a fight out of nowhere. It was absurdly unprofessional. Additionally, the doctor is extremely unresponsive. I cannot get ahold of her by any method, despite the fact that I have reached out 4+ times expressing my concerns about

Family member waited several weeks for test results and when we tried to get information it was stunning how bizarrely rude and unprofessional we were treated and the absence of any patient compassion. The receptionist even hung up on me and then called back to keep arguing! Doctor was unresponsive. I really question what is going on here as this behavior was so unnecessary and downright strange. No one should be subject to this and I’d highly recommend you go elsewhere!

Tried to get an appointment here for hyperthyroidism but the front desk folks are so horrible to deal with. I had to leave, they disregard patients. We’re not dollar signs walking in, human beings here. Sick humans that need care. Also the doctor was very rude on the phone when trying to explain the situation.

This practice was extremely disappointing. I had a great first appointment with Dr. Shira Eytan (after waiting a full month to get in). I did not feel rushed, and we discussed my history and symptoms. Unfortunately that is where the positive experience ended. The doctor told me she would contact me after my labs came back. I received notification (from the online portal) that my labs were ready. There was no advice within the lab results except to take a small dose of a vitamin and contact the doctor regarding next steps. It took me a month (of repeat calls, emails, follow up) to finally hear back

Zero star rating！I called the clinic last week and the lady who made the appointment told me that doctor Gillian Mueller can take my insurance. When I arrive, the clinic suddenly told me they can not take it?!
Then Dr. Gillian told me she can take me for $600 without insurance, and all the doctors in their clinic charge $600 per visit and this is the average price in this neighborhood!

Dr. Goddard is an excellent, competent, and compassionate woman. I had a lot of anxiety about diagnosis and she was very patient and took the time to explain everything to me slowly with details and information that I could understand. She answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed for time. She is kind and gives multiple options and treatment plans based on your preference and medical needs. The front desk receptionist is incredibly rude. There was an appointment mix up and despite my having an appointment confirmation email she told me that there was no appointment and that she was tired and that this had been happening to her all day. No apology for the inconvenience, nothing. Then she said did I want to wait, there were people behind me.
