Don and Cyndi are not only outstanding realtors, but are wonderful people to know and work with. They helped my parents buy a house and later sell it. They really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and find places that would meet the needs. Don was very patient with them and was kind and fun. Don kept us informed during the crazy seller's market and offered great information and resources to help us better market our home-- the photographer and home stager were excellent. He also was readily available as we searched for houses to visit during our selling period. I would definitely recommend Don Shurts to anyone thinking about buying or selling a home. He has been doing this for a long time and has the knowledge of all the details of the industry and the process to navigate it. He patiently walked us through finding a home, listening to what we were looking for and keeping an eye out for homes that might be a good fit. He advised us on how best to approach viewing homes and making offers in a Seller’s Market. When we saw a home we wanted to look at, he would often secure a viewing that day or the next, and was always good about returning calls promptly

We moved from out of state back to Ohio a few years ago. We choose Don Shurts as our realtor from a google search based upon his on-line reviews. Don lived up to the reviews and more. We were downsizing and had to find the perfect place in the one day we would be in town.
