Wanted to update. Noticed that the deal that got finalized was about 10,000 less than my offer(which was the best offer at the time. I just can't imagine how she would want to accept a lower paying offer for her client, just awful. . I'm not sure how this agent can get away with losing 10k for the seller. mind blowing!!

Bella is an amazing realtor she cares so much about what she does and it truly shows! She will jump on any and every house you send her and tell you the best way to get an offer accepted and she will be honest with you about what to expect. Loved working with her and will definitely recommend her to anyone else I know who is looking to buy or sell a house!

Bella Realty Group was recommended to me and I had the pleasure of working with Bella Hart on my rental property search. She was amazing. The group as a real estate agency has great reviews, and may very well do great a great job at buying/selling homes. Regarding managing rentals, they are awful. The office manager stated to me over the phone that their property manager does an unsatisfactory job maintaining and updates rental property statuses and getting back to interested clients. The only reason I spoke to her was because my girlfriend and I both attempted to contact the rental property manger from the day it posted for rent to 5 days after before reaching out to the main office.
