Dr. Yu and her staff are absolutely wonderful!!! They made me feel welcomed from the first time I sat down in the chair. I had really bad experiences from going to the dentist as a child. So, I was very pleased how Dr. Yu and her staff put me at ease. I have recommended her to all of my friends and coworkers.

New patient to establishment with Ms. Yu and her staff. Nothing but amazing things to say about this place!
Starting off with the professionalism within. The staff was great everyone was so helpful in assisting me with my needs. It was my first time utilizing both of my insurances together and the reception staff was able to square me away quickly!
During my appointment Ms. Yu noticed something that was urgent and fixed me up!
Ms. Yu was jumping in between other appointments with out taking a break to make sure I was all good to go and healthy offered me multiple options of which route to go

Great experience at Yu Smile Dental in Fairfield. Dr. Yu and the staff are great, and I am very pleased with the work they have done. I have been going there for several years, and they consistently exceed my expectations.
Just had an older crown replaced and it looks and feels great! Much better than the original one that was done by by someone else.

My family and I have been going to Yu Smile Dental for 3 years now and the staff is absolutely wonderful. This review is way overdue as I usually don't post reviews, but it was time for me to come out of my Yelp shell and post. This was my first dental appointment during this covid era, and I felt totally safe and comfortable as they put all the necessary precautions in place. Dr. Yu is very easy going and thorough with the exams and cleaning. We will continue with Yu Smile Dental for as long as we can!!

Dr. Yu and her staff are amazing! I am a mother of four and had an appointment for myself (after putting it off for a long time)...years of wearing down on my enamel opened up a host of problems and Dr. Yu saved them! Painless and quick. I should've seen her months ago! My kids also have zero worries going to the dentist :)

Just like a mechanic you never really know what they're doing in your mouth. I have excellent dental insurance yet Yu Smile decided to do work on a crown that I had to pay out of pocket portion that was not covered under my insurance.Clearly unnecessary work although convinced me I needed to replace the crown. I was not informed that my insurance did not cover it until after the fact. At the very least I should've been formed of the additional cost out-of-pocket

They have false advertising both on their web-site and mailers. It says $79/$99 New Patient Cleaning Exam, X-Rays and Teeth Whitening on both the web-site and mailer I got to my house just last week. When I called they said it was only for patients without insurance and it was a mistake. Nothing on the web-site or mailer says without insurance! So I have to pay more because I have insurance??? Misleading and a scam....

Disappointed that I could not use the advertised coupon. Feel like it was false advertisement. They said its only for new customers. Had a lot of problems with the tools they use for xray. It was extremely painful and they kept retaking pictures. I shared that I didn't want extra pictures taken because I have a growth in my brain.
Dr was very sweet and I really love her. Easy to talk to and relatable. Customer service was pretty good other than issues mentioned. They also forgot to give me the standard bag of goodies (toothbrush, paste and floss) at my first visit.

The staff is really nice and friendly. I had severe tooth pain yesterday and the office was able to schedule me to be seen within an hour. Once Xrays were taken, it was determined that an extraction needed to be done. The office was very helpful and made sure I understood the pros/cons of my choices for treatment and never once tried to upsell anything which, I've noticed a lot (and heard a lot of) other dental offices doing. The office noticed i was in pain and that our goal was to remove the pain as quickly and efficiently as possible. Total time in the office as a little under an hour,

Dr. Yu and her staff made my two young (4 and 6) daughters very comfortable during their first visit. Not only did Dr. Yu clean my daughters teeth, she also taught them about sugar bugs and shared daily oral hygiene tips. We will be returning for regular dental health care :)
