I had previously hired a different attorney out of Milwaukee and I was highly unsatisfied with this representation. I stumbled across Attorney Fitzgerald’s Facebook post so I set up a consultation and was very pleased with her recommendations regarding my very complicated case. She was always incredibly professional and quick to respond to my questions. 95 % of the time Attorney Fitzgerald personally responded not an assistant, however, her assistants were absolutely wonderful as well. Not only did my case end favorably it’s end value was almost double what my prior attorney was willing

After reading some of these posts, I would have to disagree. Rachel and her staff were wonderful. She was polite, empathetic and worked very hard for me. I have also heard great things about her from others she represented. She helped me win my disability case would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a great disability attorney.

My wife got hurt on the job and they had her sign papers when the doctor released her then they sent her a letter saying I regret that our office will be unable to assist you further with regard to pursuing this claim as it does not the criteria for cases that we would pursue. Don't hire them they stir you alone until it's time to settle.

Way too expensive!!! Anything that looks remotely good is almost the price of a new one. Yarn is more than wm. Sorry but this is the way I see it. I also got 2 pair of pants that were in the 50% off rack and then told at checkout it was only green ot purple, cant remember, that was 50% off. Not right! Wont go back, I can get new for cheaper.

My first impression was that Ms. Fitzgerald was very profession and knowledgeable. I briefly met her and was planning to schedule an appointment to discuss my work related matter. I decided not to schedule after hearing her talk about a client of hers outside of the office in a rather unprofessional way. I over heard a conversation that turned me off from wanting to work with her in fear she would laugh and joke about my case as she had done publicly about another woman. I felt it was highly unprofessional and I sought out other counsel after the encounter.
