He believes that the increasingly strict and rigid nature of the OWI laws have severely limited the ability for police, prosecutors, and judges to use proper logic and discretion. That is why if you are arrested for an OWI it is vital that you have a criminal defense attorney in your corner.

PAC stands for "prohibited alcohol concentration." In the State of Wisconsin it is against the law to drive or operate a motor vehicle on a highway with a prohibited alcohol concentration. The general PAC for Wisconsin drivers is a blood alcohol concentration of.08 or higher. For anyone that has three or more OWI convictions, their PAC is any amount over.02.
The Wisconsin Statutes have followed a national trend when it comes to OWI legislation. Over the last century, state governments have repeatedly increased the penalties and lowered the per se BAC level for OWI offenses. However, the State's efforts to combat impaired driving by increasing the stringency of the laws has also increased the likeliness of an unwarranted arrest.
If a motorist submits to a chemical test and a detectable amount of a restricted controlled substance or a prohibited alcohol concentration is detected, then the law enforcement officer will take the motorist's license and forward it to the DOT along with the results of the chemical test. The law enforcement officer will also provide the motorist with a notice of suspension and administrative review request form.
You may not use an occupational license for recreational purposes or to operate a commercial motor vehicle. Your total driving time is limited to 12 hours each day and no more than 60 hours for the entire week. If you operate outside those specific hours or for a purpose not permitted on the license, you may be arrested for operating after suspension or revocation.

This was the first time I've ever had to use an attorney so I was very skeptical. Mr. Rohloff explain everything to me so I could understand it and after everything was said and done he got exactly what I had wanted he actually got me a better deal then I would have ever expected I'm very impressed with his work and I definitely recommend this attorney. Hopefully I never need an attorney again, but if I do I'm calling Mr. Rohloff.

After I got myself into some legal trouble, I had to search for a private attorney, in lieu of a public defender.
Mr. Rohloff was more than worth the money. He helped me get a fair and honest trial.
I cannot speak to how much he cares about his clients, and the depth of his knowledge to do so.
If you are considering a private attorney, he’s worth every penny.
