Moving into new construction, Rich explained the workings of the mechanical parts in great detail and went through every inch of the house with a fine tooth comb. He was pleasure to work with and very professional. His report is quite comprehensive. Overall a very positive experience.

Rich was extremely thorough doing the inspection of our new purchase. He answered questions during the process and provided a detailed written report with pictures within days of the inspection. We used Homechex to inspect our new construction house, and we are very glad we did. Rich found numerous items we would never have seen. Why people don't use a home inspector for new construction is beyond me. You spend all that money for a new home and don't spend a minor amount to ensure everything is right, makes no sense.
