Chad was extremely thorough in his inspection. He spotted items we were not aware of and documented every item with a photograph. His inspection report was completed and delivered to us on line the very same day he completed his inspection. Chad was very professional and promptly arrived for his scheduled inspection. Being a new home buyer, I was nervous because I have never done this before. You don't know who to trust and who is going to look out for your best interest or the sellers. We had an excellent experience working with Chad during our home inspection process. He checked every single thing you can think of to ensure we were getting a great quality home. This is equally as important since it's our first time as a home buyer.
