This includes placing tenants, adhering to local housing codes, enforcing landlord-tenant laws, and maintaining the appearance and repairs of properties.

Services
I became a landlord and a property manager in 1980. In 1984 I began a maintenance company to help owners with their maintenance needs. Since then, Crossroads Property Management Inc. has grown to cover all of south central Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Houston Texas. Our primary markets are single family houses and small apartment buildings.
Full Management: for property owners who do not want to be involved in any day-to-day management. Rental Only Service: for property owners who wish to oversee their own rent collections and repairs but need assistance in renting vacant units. We also offer a Maintenance Service only option for owners who wish to manage their own properties, but wish to have someone available as a back-up for repairs or emergencies.
Our goal is to provide housing that meets the expectations of each tenant. While everyone's budget and needs vary, their housing should meet certain criteria and standards. This has got to be one of the worst property management companies in Lancaster. We have the unfortunate pro ledge of living next to one of their properties. Lack of maintenance is not even the beginning. Because the won’t do basic maintenance on the property squirrels have decided to crawl into a hole in there porch roof and have made their way over to my porch. Tried to contact them and was greeted by the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever talked to. Any one looking to rent from these slum lords may just want to steer clear. Extremely disappointing how my multi year experience ended with CPM. They decided not to do there job and visit my property at all in 2020 and letting the tenants destroy my home and not pay utility bills. I had to request they be removed after a neighbor was nice enough to contact me letting me know my house was falling into disrepair. I live in Florida!!! I believed this company would have my back to do what they promised. None of it happened. Now they are trying to extort money from me for utility bills there tenant didn't pay. What kind of operation do you run? Use my experience as a warning

My husband and I rented a house for almost 10 years. We can say that all this time was excellent. Good treatment, friendly and when we had a problem they were always ready to fix it. Good service and professionalism. They always answer your calls and messages quickly. Very easy and convenient to make payments online. We moved from out of state to PA (a big move). Working with Crossroads Property Managment made the move and experience not only welcoming but an ease. Their team was there for us!!! We moved into a great house, the portal and app is user friendly and very convenient. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. Crossroads Property Management took over a house I was renting half way through my lease and the transition was simple with absolutely no issues! Brian and his team are quick to respond to issues that may arise and handle things in a professional and friendly way. As my lease began to approach, Brian was extremely easy to work with and very flexible, which when you are trying to move out of one place and into another is really appreciated!! I would highly recommend CPM if you are looking to rent in the Lancaster area!

I have been with them for about 6 yrs and for what I pay in rent. I can't complain. But I had alot of issues with this company. When i moved here. The house was never painted there was cracks on the walls. Took 3 yrs to put a new kitchen, took about 5yrs to replace and fix the main roof. I called them and ask them if i can paint the house and they let me. Also I never had no issues with Brian or Shelly cause they are very reasonable to work with. They are kind and respectful towards me. When I had issues with this home they called in and done the paper work and got maintenance to come over to get

I'm not sure what all these bad reviews are for! I had a really good experience with this company. I lived in my apartment with them for over 2 years and every time I had a maintenance request they came within a day. Also, based on the negative reviews here I was fully expecting to not get my security deposit back, but after I moved out I ended up getting 80% of it back. I feel that was fair because I definitely did not clean as thoughougly when moving out as I could have, but I also did not leave it a complete mess. I think the other people leaving reviews must be highly critical and/or very dirty

We rented from Crossroads Property Management for a year, before moving into a new place that better meet the needs of our growing family. We have nothing but good things to say about Crossroads Property Management. In that year, we were unfortunately late two times, but they worked with us every time. Paying rent was a breeze in the office. The staff at the desk were friendly and when our house was broken into, they answered the phone late at night and provided courteous help. I have rented all my life, since I was 18. I found Crossroads to be better than any other property management source
