These people really have the never and the audacity !! Let me start from the beginning because i have time today and wouldn't want ANYONE to go threw what I did... I first moved in my 2story home rented from them in August 2020 second week there my toilets back up into the showers and everything they tried to charge me 250.00 i told them no way i just moved here it's impossible i could've stuffed that much paper down the toilets.. then my ac unit wasn't working they told me during the summer to keep my unit on 75 !! Had to pay for A/C repair for the property because Apogee was not doing routine maintenance on the unit. Then, after moving out, did not receive the correct amount of our deposit back. When we spoke to Apogee they informed us that they had decided to go with a higher quote than what we were originally told and that they couldn't do anything about it. It supposedly cost them $1,000 to remove a few screws, do some touch up paint, and repair a tiny chip in a bathtub...

The worst ever! Zero helpful!
We’ve had issues that have not been resolved ever since we moved in 7 months ago... one of them being AC. They take forever and a day to respond and if they do send someone over they don’t even bother to check our availability so no one is home to let them in therefore the problem isn’t resolved! Never again! Can’t wait till the contract is over! And a serious roach problem that they do not care to fix! Terrible company!
