It is a wonderful service. It made my morning & whole day run much more smoothly knowing I was able to promptly get the help I needed. Also, being that I wasn't at home I was not familiar with the towing services in the area & I did not have to bother trying to figure out who to call.

Long story short: They arrived 1.5hours late and popped my tire and broke the tire sensor. They were very rude and refused to pay for the repairs.
Our insurance company hired Prestige Auto at 10am. The valve where the tire inflates had popped off while I was at the air pump and the tire deflated. Tire was fine, just needed a new valve and to pump air back in. At 10:20am I got a call from Reggie in route saying he would be there in 30min (10:50am). We ended up waiting till around 11:20am with a toddler and newborn before I called back and he said he was still about 20min out. He didn't arrive until

Now more than ever we all need to know we can still depend on somebody !! A Mr. Lopez was sent by my insurance company to pick up my Cherokee. I'll keep his number with me from now on. Professional as they come. Was polite and friendly the whole time. Never stop working and got it from point A to point B done right.
