Owner or legal representative (proof required) must get a release from Jefferson County Sheriff's Department at 801 Richard Arrington Boulevard, Room 506, Birmingham or any JCSD substation. All towing fees, daily storage fees, and other fines must be paid (cash only) to obtain a release.

They towed my daughter's car after she parked in a handicapped space at her apartment complex. Had the vehicle less than 3 hours and earned almost $250. They were professional, friendly and funny, and quick with paperwork to get her rolling again. The pit bulls they have on the grounds...not so friendly! So go correct!!!
