Fast, Reliable, and integrity are words that come to mind when I think about Chelsea Wrecker. Everyone I know that has done business with them has nothing but great things to say about them. I called Chelsea towing, and Cindy answered immediately. She told me she could help me, the exact time she'd be there, arrived quickly, and on time. I've called other towing companies, and it was a 3-hour wait. She was professional, courteous, friendly, and compassionate. Even though she towed my car 15 miles, what she charged me was very reasonable. She also stayed there with me at the car repair shop since it was after hours until my ride arrived. This is an A+ group.

The service was very professional. Cindy was very courteous because we had been waiting 3 hours prior for another wrecker to come from Birmingham and they never showed up so we called Chelsea Wrecker Service and they arrived within 10-15 minutes.

Gotta quote for a price over the phone but when they visually assess it it was going to take 2 trucks and a call to S. C. S. O. (SHELBY CO Sheriff Office) to stop traffic which took longer and costed them more but they didn't really pass it on to me,they ate it.. But they did take my truck to my home and charged me mileage which was more then fair .. AL around I was impressed with the service. And when I meet both employees they sent and 1 was A LADY well they eared the 5th star cause it's a mostly a man occupation and can be a little rough and tough trade and produce a colorfull environment for

Super fast response time (30 min) to get my car off the side of 280 and back home. I could not be more grateful. They were very friendly and the price was extremely good for a tow (went a few miles). They should be your first call in the area...others said 4 hours or just no because of covid. I strongly recommend Chelsea Wrecker Service.

They provided quick, professional roadside assistance to my wife after her vehicle had a flat. They took the time to change the spare for her and not try to just up-charge us for a needless tow. Cindy was the tow operator that came out. She knocked it out of the park.

So the bad news is I should be on a frequent towing plan since I have had to use their service 3 to 4 times the last year. They have always been very helpful and are always reasonably priced. Such nice people even if I say I don't want to see you for a while! Again great local business and would not use anybody else.
