Bake for 18-20 minutes; remove from the oven, re-stir, and flatten the mixture; bake for the remaining 15-18 minutes until done to your taste. The longer it bakes, the more golden and crispy it becomes. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut milk, water, and vanilla until smooth.
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss to combine vegetables with seasonings and oil. Surround cauliflower with cilantro leaves and drizzle cauliflower and cilantro with dressing. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and saute onion, carrot, parsnip, and fennel until soft, for 8-10 minutes until softened.
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or high-powered blender and process until smooth. Here are some great take alongs that won't ruin your health. They'll keep you awake, alert and full of energy on the road; satisfy your urge to munch; and help you maintain a good weight.

Make-you-own trail mix with nuts, seeds, toasted coconut chips, a sprinkling of your favorite dried fruit for a bit of sweetness (raisins, cranberries, blueberries).
Bake 25-30 minutes until tops are a deep golden brown (the muffins are done when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean). In a large mixing bowl, use an electric beater to thoroughly combine all ingredients EXCEPT almond flour, walnuts, and raisins. Combine all ingredients except chips in a food processor or high-powered blender (BlendTec or VitaMix).
Place almonds in a high-powered blender e.g. Vitamix or Blendtec. Add about 4 cups clean water to the blender and blend vigorously until the mixture looks like milk. Using a nut-milk bag (or cheese cloth), pour the mixture into the bag, and gently but firmly squeeze the 'milk' into a bowl. I recommend you do a little at a time!.
