Totally missed dry rot under the house . The gentleman didnt want to go under house because he said it was to wet but told the house was in great shape A year goes by go to some work on and find existing dry rot through out the whole framework of the house. Would have never bought if i would have known

I went with Eagle Quality inspections for my home inspection and he did a terrible job. He missed a big water leak and dry rot in one of my main widows? My 9 year old found it as soon as she walked up to her window. Don't think he is the right guy for your home inspections. Not Worth $345 for his quality of work..Now I have to pay out of my pocket to fix his misses.. I Highly don't Recommond him at all.
