We recently employed Blue Ladder to do a home inspection of our new home. Tim Damm was very detailed and complete with his inspection. He took the time to answer all our question and pointed out areas that he felt should addressed. He was knowledgeable, personable and very detailed. His inspection included a written and photographic report. I would highly recommend him...and he even came with coffee/tea and treats!! What more could anyone ask for??

Tim is professional and kind and a trustworthy person to have in your home. He brought coffee for everyone the morning of our inspection which was so thoughtful as we were tired and stressed. He also came out and did a follow up inspection for us when we uncovered a possible issue while renovating our new home.

The morning of, Tim brought coffee, hot cocoa, snacks, and a coloring book, allowing us to keep our three-year-old occupied while we spoke with contractors.
Tim was organized, detailed, and thorough, writing an inspection report that covered every nook and cranny of our hopeful home. However, despite how daunting the repair list was, Tim was also considerate enough to give us assurance on the structure and substance of the house itself.

Absolutely loved our experience with Tim and Blue Ladder! At the time of inspection he was really patient and answered all of our (million) questions, and even had a little coloring book and crayon set for my kiddos which was a super sweet touch. Then even after closing on the house weeks later, he took the time to answer more questions and help us understand details of the inspection report. He also gave us referrals for contractors, which we’ve had a really positive experience with as well. I will forever use and recommend them! Thanks Tim!
