Mr. Lefkovitz did not give realistic advice on my bankruptcy. He told me it would be simple Chapter 7 but it lasted almost 3 years as he had to "refile" and it still didn't get the result he implied. I was advised by his associate it should have been originally filed as Chapter 13. I relied on information Mr. Lefkovitz told me and I lost more money by following his advice. I could have paid the debts off and now I'm back at square 1 after paying his attorney fee and 2 filing fees. He flat out lied to me and my fiancé. I've written to him and have had no response
