Extremely rude receptionist. Called to be referred to a workers comp. lawyer and she was impatient, audibly sighing into the phone and her mannerisms make you feel like your a fool for not already knowing the answers to your questions. I was polite and at the end of our conversation said thank you for the number and she was like, “okay bye” and hung up. Extremely rude. The receptionist I spoke with has no business working with the public. You are the face of this office. Treating people like they are beneath you isn’t a good way to represent your practice.
