I was dreading the fact that I had to replace all four of my tires on my Fiat 500L car. I was prepared to spend a lot of time and money on this project, but was pleasantly surprised to come to this place at the urging of my father. I brought my car in right before Christmas and Manny was nice enough to provide 5 star service. While the wait was a bit long, it was well worth it since I was able to buy 4 new tires at a very competitive price.

12/21/21 I took my car in for 4 new tires and was quoted for 4 falken tires .. well unfortunately when they were done the tires I got were neosport tires not falken. I ask the guy at the desk and he told me the manager made a mistake and wrote down the wrong numbers on the ticket. So I asked if they can change out to the falken he said I have to pay the difference and that the man who quoted me is on lunch which he was sitting in the parking lot but the guy just blew me off and that was that. I hope this helps the next person

These guys are clutch. I was in SD for a memorial and couldn't drive back on the tires I had. I have purchased tires from them 3 different times, and every time time I've gotten great service and a great value. I can understand why some people don't like the no-reservation system, but for me they have always been really fast and I'm sure it saves them a lot of headaches, and translates to better values for us.

They unfortunately don't do any reservation system so when they tell you it's not too busy and once you arrive there, it can be a whole different situation. I had to wait almost two hours to get new tires replaced.
If you have work commitments, this is definitely not a place to get your car needs addressed in a timely manner. I learned that the hard way.
I'd stick to somewhere else where they do appointment based. I can't just sit and wait forever especially once you check in, they

Great spot! Had 4 new tires put on in less than an hour. Got Falken's was a great purchase very reliable and quiet and handle great on highway and city compared to the cheaps I had on before. Can't wait to get them into some weather and test em out for a long trip coming up. I will definitely be coming back here.

This was my second or third time at Bear's and ill continue to come here. Not only are they nice and helpful , they will let you know how many cars are in front of you and work quickly to get you out of there. Showed up about 4:15 on a Friday with a flat tire, (my worst nightmare) and they had me out of there within an hour with a freshly mounted and balanced tire. Thanks Bear's!

This was my first and probably last visit to Bear's Tires. Looking by all the 5 star reviews they had I thought the service would be great, but this was not the case with my visit.
I walked in last Saturday wanting to get my tires mounted and balanced on my wheels. Walked up to the counter and told them that's what I wanted to get done, and that I had brought my own new wheels and tires. Guy there took down my info and said "there's two people in front of me" that's it.. and yet it took them 2 hours to get it done. On top of that I wasn't even given a quote of

Long story short, I came in around 8:35am this morning and left a little after 10am with nothing done to my car.

Great customer service by Jose. He was friendly and professional. I spent $250 for 4 new, standard tires for my Prius. I had no appointment. They welcome walk ins and I was out I if there in less than an hour. They do free balance, rotations and tire patching. there is a yelp $10 off.

My tire light came on and wouldn't turn off even after I filled all my tires. So I brought it in. My left rear sensor was not working and had to be replaced. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
