You guys are awesome. After I got my policy w/Mile Square Insurance agency, I was having problems getting a refund from my old flood insurance company. A lovely woman from your agency was able to help me and provide me with the paperwork needed to get my refund (I wish I could remember her name). Something my old insurance company was not able to do. It was a hefty refund too, over $8000. So yes, you guys made me very happy.
Not to mention that my old policy was approximately $8000, and the new one brokered with your agency, was close to $6000 less.
