Robert is a born New Yorker, a husband and father of twins. He is a U.S Army Veteran with BA in Legal Studies from Barry University. Prior to joining State Farm, he worked in the Human Resources industry assisting business with their HR needs. Presently, Robert holds State Farm's Ambassador and Honor Club accolades since 2016.
Robert is a member of the Knights of Columbus and a frequent speaker of the Alianza Youth Services, helping students through State Farm's financial literacy programs and many other organizations around the city. He takes pride in assisting the community with their AUTO, HOME, HEALTH, LIFE and BANKING needs.

Jennifer was extremely helpful! You can tell she is on top of her stuff I had multiple questions about my auto insurance and renters insurance and how to get the best deal. I ended up saving $50 a month with more coverage and a cheaper price! Also I never had to listen to a robot when calling which was huge for me! 10/10 experience!

They are conveniently located near DMV, which is why I went with them. But I will be switching. The guy who signed me up Juan was nice. This Robert Ramos clown is disgusting and nasty. As a result, I am going to switch agents. Go to DMV prepared. Do not sign up with this guy. Bad attitude and terrible customer service skills.
