The agency was a big help during my two years renting in NYC. They were always so quick to respond to my emails, and ensured that I was offered the best coverage for my needs. I have to start by saying that this lady is an amazing human being, I been trying to get car insurance for my car and some other paperwork that I need help with, she not only help me to get the best insurance that fit my situation but she also help me on getting some discount as well and guide me how to get everything that I needed done. She's like an angel helping humans here on earth and I really mean it. Never have an attitude and always is ready to help as much as she can. She is just the best at what she does. I rarely write reviews, but working with Freddy from this State Farm office has been a joy. Even during these crazy times, Freddy followed-up with me due to some missing paper work (my fault). A year ago I finally got fed up with the insurance company I have been with for four decades - their customer service went from outstanding to a faceless bureaucracy that does not really care about their customers. So I looked around and thought I would go to State Farm. The customer service is phenomenal. I am so glad I started using them. I have now two different insurance policies with them. The entire team at Jeff Waddle is great. Freddy helped me with my second insurance policy and he has been fantastic. Thank you.

Jennifer Cedeno provided excellent service. She walked me patiently through State Farm's renter's insurance, answered all my questions, and ensured that the policy met my needs. Within a couple hours, she sent me an email with all the policy documents, which I should receive later in the mail. I highly recommend working with Jennifer.

This review is on this office, not on State Farm, for which I am satisfied. I have had homeowners and auto insurance with State Farm across three states and I continue to have my insurance with State Farm. This particular office, however, is hopelessly inept. First, they sold me an umbrella policy and a non-owned auto policy to get the personal liability limits I wanted. However, that all could have been combined into a single homeowners policy which would have saved me over $1,000 in annual premiums! They didn't bother checking if the upper limit on liability on a homeowners policy could be increased
