Orosco Heating & Air Conditioning is a family owned and operated, full-service residential light commercial contracting company serving the greater Sacramento area and surrounding areas. Along with being part of the Better Business Bureau and business consumer alliance Orosco is know for it's honest, reliable and affordable service.
Just like taking your car in for an oil change, tire rotation and annual inspection, your heating and cooling system needs annual maintenance to keep in running at its peak efficiency. During a typical maintenance, we clean components, tighten electrical connections, check for wearing parts, make adjustments to alleviate breakdowns.

Orosco Heating and Air provided excellent service to replace our furnace, air conditioner, zoning system and thermostats. They were on time, very polite and professional, and took extra time to answer our questions and make sure we understood every aspect of the job and system. Gabe was just as good as advertised, even better! Gabe gave a detailed and fair quote with a good warranty. We chose the unit he recommended. The team showed up on time and we were very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. They finished in one day and the duct test came out perfect. The new system is quiet and works very efficiently. I would recommend Gabe and Orosco Heating and air to anyone wanting excellent work at a fair price.

My a/c unit stopped working during a heat wave of 100 degree highs one night. I called Orosco the next morning and Gabriel was able to fit me in his schedule that day, which I was thrilled. When he and Tanner arrived, they quickly assessed that the motor needed to be replaced and would have to order the part. Luckily, it was available and they were able to come back the next morning to replace it.

Gabriel came to my home after I called him panicked bc my HVAC was not working (largely due to my own fault). It was hot and no AC in the summer here is no fun. He promptly responded to my call when I reached out to him (after hours is when I called initially and he messaged me back within 15 minutes) and told me he'd be here the next day - he arrived on time and promptly identified the issue in my attic. Gabriel so I decided to go with Orosco heating and air. They replaced a 30 y/o system in my 60 y/o house. The three man crew worked great together and seamed to really enjoy the work. Very professional and knowledgeable. We had an electrical problem at the end of the install He recommended an electrician who came over the next morning and solved the problem. The unit works flawlessly and looks great. Gabriel came back that afternoon to make sure all was well. Couldn't be happier.

We got into a bind with an emergency under our house and as we were working through that, it was brought to our attention that our ducts were in bad shape. That had not been connected correctly and some were disintegrating. Gabriel was referred to us and came over right away. He was able to get us on his schedule almost immediately. Gabriel, Israel and the team were polite, clean, fast and efficient in installing all new ducts, replacing our thermostat and servicing the unit. Gabriel was honest about the current condition of our unit and did not try to sell us something we don't need quite yet

I just want to say thank you to the crew at Orosco heating and air !! Of course i see lots of commercials from larger companies offering TV's or free labor , which lets be real , someone has to pay for that TV . The guys at Orosco did a awesome job at a fair price. I have used Gabriel and his team for both my house and my rental house and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They installed a whole new heating system into my rental and even corrected a few errors that the last company made. Top notch work and great follow up by Gabriel. The prices were also far lower than any other companies that I received a bid on. I have a new heating and air guy for good now and would recommend them to anyone.
