When I went to pick up my glasses I noticed a open crack on one side that looked unusual so I let the woman know that I was not pleased about it and she did some “adjustments” but as the picture shows it didn’t make any difference. After having a long day I just kindly took the glasses and left and will not be returning!

I would strongly encourage others to find another optometrist. Although the staff is friendly, I had my eye exam in March and still do not have a pair of glasses for reading/computer work. After my initial eye exam, it was recommended that I get progressive lenses. I gave them my current glasses (because they fit perfect and I didn't need a new pair) to have the new lenses put in. When they came back I could not see anything (near or far) so they sent them back to "fix the line" on the lenses. After several attempts and still not being able to see, they gave me a new eye exam. I moved here from Colombia and they were so helpful in working on getting my past records transferred. The front desk staff was pleasant and cheerful. That makes the short, yes, short wait just a nice wait anyway. Dr Anderson is nice, gentle and educating. His assistant I saw was the same. I felt comfortable through the entire visit. I needed a cataract consult and they did all that right there. I was given my appt and the folder with all the paperwork . I recommend them!
Update: 10/14/2019 I went for my annual eye exam and the staff is still just as nice. Dr. Anderson showed me my past eye exam

Both myself and my daughter have visited this location and I am very happy with the service!
Dr Anderson was absolutely wonderful!! He is thorough, patient, very easy to talk with and explains everything as he works. Dr Anderson gave detailed attention to our exams and we left confident in our results. The other staff in the office are equally as wonderful. They are patient while you try on glasses and welcome any questions you have regarding the options/ordering/billing. Thankful we found Dr Anderson and this office!

First time visiting here and I was very impressed. The facility is beautiful and they take every precaution with the pandemic. Dr.Wood is amazing and explained everything in detail. Also the young man who did the initial exam and the young lady who fitted me for my glasses and checked me out were both very friendly and professional. I will definitely be making this my new eye doctor every year.

My son is autistic and we were previously seeing a doctor in Greenville. He abruptly moved and it was going to be another 6 to 8 months to get an appointment with another doctor in the group. I found Spartanburg Vision and Dr. MacDonald's bio stated he had an autistic brother and he was familiar with special needs patients. I was able to get an appointment within a week and he was great with my son! I highly recommend him and his office staff!

Dr. Anderson was very friendly and thorough when examining my daughter's eyes. He took the time to explain the new eye photo procedure when I had questions about it and helped me to understand what it would be used for, when needed. The office staff was very friendly, helpful and patient as we tried on different frames. They helped to pick out the frames that looked the best on Savannah. I have been a patient at Spartanburg Vision for 22 years and I have always left with a good feeling about the care I have received for my eyesight.
