Went in for new progressive prescription and glasses, but the first pair had me looking down to see through the distance portion at the top.
Also the intermediate and reading portions were only clear when I turned my head to the right slightly.
They re-ground the lenses for me and the distance portion was better from being lowered, but the other two portions were still requiring a head turn for them to be clear and in focus.
They tried again to re-grind the RH lens and this time they polished the edge of the lens so reflections were visible when looking at my phone display. Also the ground looked

Revision's Simpsonville facility is beautiful and conveniently located. The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions. Dr. Stevens is also very cordial, professional, and takes the time to explain his thoughts. Best of all, I was in and out (intake, eye exam, selected frames) in less than an hour. Glad I found these folks.

My dad and I stopped by for my appointment just a short while ago, and I just want to say I had an amazing experience! Everyone was extremely friendly, from the receptionist when we walked in to the man (I think his name was Gaylen?) helping me choose my new frames at the end of my appointment. It felt more kind and open than where I went before. I even got to choose between dilation and the digital screening which was a great help as I was worried about having my eyes dilated, so I went for the digital screening.
Overall, amazing experience! Will happily come back! :)

My eye exam at a different eye doctor last year cost me over $150.00. My copay for a regular eye exam is $10 plus a $60 copay for a contacts exam. The previous eye doctor provided me with a pair of contacts with the prescription they had just determined. Found out at checkout that they were charging me for the contacts and because I have astigmatism much more expensive. Dr. Steven's office only charged me for my copays and provided me with 2 pairs of contacts, free of charge to get me through until I can use my benefits to order my yearly prescription. Highly recommend them and how they take care

Revision Optix is incredible! Beautiful space with a great selection of frames. Excellent customer service and Dr. Stevens was so kind to me. He took the time to talk to me about all of my vision problems and was patient while I asked questions. I can’t wait to get my glasses from them! I highly recommend this practice!

I had my first visit here today for an exam. Joe provided exceptional service throughout the entire process of doing the preliminaries before my exam and helping me pick out my glasses. I didn't have anyone with me to provide feedback on which ones looked best on me. He gave his honest opinion and made my decision easier. Dr. Stevens was very thorough with the exam. He took his time and explained everything to me. They had state of the art equipment and the facility was very clean.

I found ReVision through my insurance company’s list of in-network providers, and I have to say that I was both impressed and satisfied as a first time customer. What surprised me was the welcome package (seen in pic), which included 2 bottles of contact solutions. My previous doctors never welcomed me that way before.
I saw a review about ReVision not offering dilation, but there is an option to choose dilation or an HD laser scan, which is what I opted for.

This was my first visit. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Debbie, who made my appointment 2 weeks ago came out to introduce herself. Dr. Stevens was extremely thorough in my exam and Marion was so helpful in helping me pick out my new frames and in explaining exactly what the cost would be. The welcome gift was certainly a nice touch, one you just don't see anymore. Can't wait to get me new glasses. I would highly recommend this business to anyone! Great group of people!
