My water heater went out, so I looked online to see my best options in my area. I saw Eidemiller Plumbing's reviews & called, along with many other options. They were friendly, prompt, and helpful. They said they could come out the next day & gave me a window of time when they would arrive. They called the next day about 45 minutes before arriving,… which I really appreciated. Called this company to investigate a leak in our main line between the meter and house. They came out promptly and advised they can repair the leak for appx $900, but it may only last 6 months because the pipes were cheap. Said they could change lines to pex and would cost around $4200. We agreed to that and they put us on their calendar to do the work on May 19. Two guys showed up that morning, had very little equipment, and no plan whatsoever. I had a handicapped shower installed by a different plumber for my disabled mother. Just a few weeks after, it started having issues with a leak and lack of water pressure despite checking all of the routine things. I called Eidemiller Plumbing and a super nice guy, James, came to check it out. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to check for. He repaired the shower, and was such a life saver for my mother and I! He had it fixed in no time and I feel very confident in his knowledge of what he does. James just installed a tankless hot water heater for us. We couldn’t be happier. Eidemiller Plumbing returned my call promptly, was polite, and very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and set a date to come out to do an estimate. James was on time, called before he came, and was great about answering questions. Installation was finished in less than the time they said to expect. We’ll be calling Eidemiller for all of our future plumbing needs.
