DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 1st their prices I found out later were double other companies, their technician damaged my walls, my ceiling and damaged my electricity near attic entrance. When I called to ask if they would send someone to repair the damages, the receptionist asked me "what do want us to do?" and never returned my calls. They also removed all my ducts and boots and when I brought in quotes from various HVAC co to replace them, they all said they have never seen such terrible work and it was not necessary to remove the boots which will cost me extra money to replace. Should of read the recent reviews. Tried to get a quote to have some asbestos material removed. Owner strung me along asking for different information regarding the work needed. After just over a week and multiple emails he responded he is short staffed and can't take the work. Should of been able to tell me that on his first reply.

I hired them after they were recommended by a asbestos testing co. Dont use these guys they will scam you out of alot of money . They sent me a apprentice level worker that hacked my job left material in my attic contaminated with asbestos After not explaining the process right due to the fact he was a apprentice level worker they over charged me 1500$ its a scam dont use these people they act like nothing is wrong and the owner wont even answer my calls or anything im taking them to court asap! Were due to perform a two-day job removing several inches of soil from 1000 sq ft under house. Turned out to be less than one day of "work" Substandard job. Bags of debris left on site. Beer bottles left on site - to which Steve said "other workers have been there" - which is NOT the case. Filing a complaint with the AQMD. Do not use this company.

Steve was not interested in answering questions when I called to see about getting a quote. I was referred to Steve specifically, but when I called HiTech and asked for him I was scolded for not listening to "Jennifer" who answered the phone because, according to Steve, her word is "the Gospel." I'm all for listening to professionals in their field. After all, that's why I called HiTech in the first place for a quote on asbestos removal. However, its not a good sign when you ask questions about pricing and timing and, instead of getting answers you're told to stop asking questions or "go hire someone

When I asked questions about pricing and timing, Steve told me to stop questioning him and "go find another company" to do the job if I wanted to ask questions because his word is "the gospel." These are things that a consumer wants to know. Sorry that upsets you, Steve. Of course now its clear why he got so upset. They've done work for me before and I was happy so decided to call them a second time for another property.
This time was a little unique because our furnace had to be removed in order to gain access to the closet where the asbestos was. They offered to come out on a separate day to do that extra work at no charge -- something they don't normally do as I have learned. I appreciated their professionalism and ease with communication.

Best abatement company ever. At KLM we have used Hi-tech for all of our Environmental needs. They are very professional on the phone and in the field. They handle certificates for the city and fill their own AQMD. They are swift, clean and very reasonably priced.

HiTech is very professional in their handling of our mold and asbestos removal. Everything was taped properly and they also handle certs from the city for asbestos. They took care to remove the fan and fixtures in the ceiling in order to remove 100% of the asbestos. The asbestos coated ducts are all removed, including the parts inside the walls and garage. The removal was very thorough, and we would recommend them for specialized hazardous material removal. Steve and Jennifer are very responsive to our questions on email and phone.

We hired Hi Tech for asbestos and lead removal from our 1956 home. Admin Jennifer was super helpful in getting back with me to coordinate time/date and answer my questions! Of 3 companies that I got information from our Asbestos/Lead testing company, they were the first one to give us quote. So professional. Hi-Tech removed asbestos from heat ducting in my late father's house while it was in escrow. So it had to be fast and done right for the new buyers. They made one more thing I had to do in a difficult time very easy. The communication was so good. I had some issues with this company. When I bought my home, I hired them to remove ALL the popcorn on the ceilings, which had tested positive for asbestos. They did, kind of...When it came to the bedrooms, they removed the asbestos in the bedrooms themselves, but not in the bedroom closets. I actually didn't notice this until after I moved in - I mean, how often do you look at the ceilings in your closets? I was skeptical about this company when they gave me a single page quote with no itemization of their cost and detailed scope of the work.
