Services
Leading HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning) non-profit trade associations and the EPA are concerned that indoor air can be many times more polluted than outdoor air. Most HVAC systems actually suck contaminants into a building from crawl spaces, attics and wall cavities. Many furnace filters are designed only to protect the heating and air conditioning equipment from extreme dust and dirt contamination and do nothing for air quality.

Thank you for fitting us into your schedule. With the hot weather coming up we knew the old air conditioner wasn't going to keep us cool. We are so happy with the new AC unit you recommended.
Vince is professional, courteous, and concerned about cleanliness and our safety. I highly recommend his services.

I highly recommend Poly-Tech Environmental. Vince and the rest of the crew that came to my house a few years ago did a fabulous job cleaning out the air ducts and vents and replacing the filter system. My Air conditioning and heating worked so much better and it was great to know that it was all now environment friendly. Vince comes back to my house annually to change the filter and do any servicing needed. And it's such a good feeling to know that Vince is someone I can depend on and trust to keep my system environment friendly and working well.

I’ve been using Polytech since 2006 (13 years). They completely revamped my hvac system, in what was my brand new home (an architectural 1963 rebuild). The builders had left a very old hvac system running through an otherwise brand new looking structure. It was my first home, so I didn’t think it mattered much. Prior to meeting Polytech, however, I found the air quality in the house was terrible and getting worse. I called Polytech to get it right. Over the years they have improved my quality of life by making subtle adjustments and updates (per my requests) to make the air quality in our home

We were searching around for a good A/C system to install in our newly remodeled house when a friend of mine recommended Poly-Tech. I looked up the website and was interested in what they had to offer - an A/C system focused on air quality and on efficiency.
I scheduled for a free estimate, together with a few other contractors. Vince, the owner of Poly-Tech came over and gave me a rundown of their system and its benefits. He analyzed the house and proposed to install a 2-ton system, saying that it would suffice to keep the house cool even during the hottest days. The other contractors recommended
