The customer service this company gives us unmatchable. My car died on a friday night at about 8:45pm. After calling multiple “24 hour” towing companies with no luck i called Brownsburg towing and they got to me within minutes! The guys were so kind and to my car and me to my house for a very reasonable price! If it wasn’t for them i would have been stranded. They made the best out of my very frustrating situation.

I broke-down out of town. The company was called through my insurance. I called the repair shop the next morning and they said it never arrived. I called the towing company, they didn’t know what I was talking about and said no male drivers were scheduled. I had a photo of the truck towing my van and they back tracked and said they would call that driver.
They never returned my call, and we finally discovered it had been towed it to a random lot which we found only by driving around town aimlessly looking. The vehicle was left unlocked. The towing company said they left the keys under the mat

Committed to emergency towing within 105 minutes, and the driver contacting me. Brownsburg Towing did not deliver.
Follow up status request, I was informed reason was traffic and an accident and response would take another 40 minutes. After 45 minutes, I followed up again, and was told driver was enroute and would contact me. This did not occur. Strike two.
After waiting for confirmation from my insurance/roadside coverage carrier on whether another carrier could be assigned, they conference called Brownsburg Towing, which explained the truck was broken down, and another would be to me in 40

I waited on side of the road for 2 hrs waiting on another tow company to show up and they never did had my insurance company call Brownsburg towing and they came right out very prompt & professional service they went above & beyond to get me & my car home will definitely be using them again!!

The guys are awesome went above and beyond after my insurance company screwed up and canceled the how when my car broke down. They called me to verify if I still needed a tow and immediately dispatched another driver to pick up my car. Next time I need a tow you guys are my first call.
