Pearl City Preschool

Kama'aina Kids is a private, non-profit, multi-service organization dedicated to serving children and their families through quality childcare programs. Our services include, but are not limited to, preschool programs, before & afterschool programs, day camps, environmental education programs, enrichment programs, sports clinics, convention childcare and hotel programs.

Kama'aina Kids was first established as a single summer day camp with 45 students. With now over 3 decades of our Preschool Division, School Age Division, Hotel & Convention Services, and managing He'eia State Park and Malaekahana Beach Campground we continue to enjoy growth and perseverance. Joining the family at Kama'aina Kids means a commitment to creativity, fun and a learning adventure.

Kama'aina Kids provides initial and on going training and higher education, but is always looking for additional ways to support our employees as they continue to increase their education. Monies donated can be used for the higher education and training of the over 1,000 employees company wide. Support scholarships and tuition assistance.

Our people make the difference. Our caring, loving and safety conscious preschool teachers and support staff arrive each day ready to make a difference in the lives of our youngest members of Kama'aina Kids. Through the implementation of the nationally recognized Creative Curriculum, each classroom is arranged to allow children the opportunity to explore and investigate their surroundings.

Our school age staff are flexible, friendly and fun! Through numerous and diverse trainings, our people set out to support the children, schools and communities by providing active situations, homework time, educational and fitness needs and exciting opportunities! Making sure that these children are in an environment that is safe and stimulating allows parents to finish their work day in peace.
