First used them in April 2013. Ride to LAX was fine, arranged to be picked up when I returned. The guy was on time, however got lost leaving the airport. I live in Santa Monica, a 10 minute drive. We drove around and around and ended up in Inglewood.
Finally, 45 minutes later he got me home, took out my luggage and left it on the curb!
Talked to Ryan and Ayman (management) They offered me a free ride next time. So since everyone deserves a second chance we used them again in June. Ride to LAX was fine. Scheduled them for pick up when we returned. We arrive and when we get to baggage I

Horrible service. The girl over the phone, Jacqueline, was nice but first told me that they were very busy on a Thursday night and would be about twenty minutes. That's all fine considering I wasn't in a rush to leave the venue I was at. Cut to an hour later I call back and she tells me she so sorry and someone will be there in 15 minutes. Alright, whatever, at this point I just want to get home as my job is fronting the bill or I would have taken a yellow cab to start. Getting a cab in L.A. is sometimes harder than you'd think. There appears to be some sort of cab boundaries set up so that a cab company that takes you somewhere can't turn around and take you back to where they picked you up. (True story: this happened to me going a few miles from our apartment to a doctor's appointment in Culver City.) When you're sick of trying to figure out which cabs run where call Sky Car. These guys are my go to car service. They are friendly, reasonably priced, and always on time. Getting picked up in a town car by a friendly and personable driver

I called EVERY airport shuttle to get to the LAX (granted I called about two hours before I needed to be picked up) and Skycar Limo was less expensive than a cab. I was expecting a cab, but instead got picked up precisely on time by a CLEAN, newish limo. Wow! The driver was affable and engaging, got me to the airport with time to spare and I can not recommend Skycar Limo highly enough! They take credit cards and was all pros and no cons.

My husband and I ordered car service (towncar service) from LAX to our place in Santa Monica. We were severely disappointed when a minivan showed up for us at the airport, when we were told a towncar would pick us up. The driver took longer than expected to pick us up at the terminal, even though we had made advance reservations. The driver didn't use AC and just had the windows rolled down the whole way home. He didn't help us put the luggage into the car or take it out.
What was the point in getting and PAYING for car service when a regular cab would have been cheaper and better?!
