We had the best experience with Crown Limousine! I hired them to drive for my best friends bachelorette party and I am so pleased with their service. We rented a MBZ Luxury Coach 14 passenger Sprinter last weekend for an event and it did not disappoint! The van looked new, was clean, and very comfortable! Small bottles of water were provided in the built-in ice chest, and glass cups were also provided. Our driver, Edward T. was professional, courteous, and friendly! He came on time, and met our group on time at the end of the event as well. I highly recommend Crown Limo and will not hesitate to use them again! Thank you for making our event so memorable!

I'd give them 5 stars but only because of an error I could've caught. I told them the pick up place over the phone and texted the address. I did not read a small error on the contract after paying my deposit. Bummer that happened. But Toby was the man, he rolled with the punches. We got picked up, had a blast in the back of a beautiful party limo, made it to the venue, stopped on our way home for more drinks. Toby even helped to ensure we got a lost phone back by calling and texting. Toby even offered to bring the phone back himself if we couldn't go get it. The price and service was great! Will

My family has been a customer of Crown Limousine since the owner multitasked as the receptionist. I am not sure for how long we have been unwavering in our loyalty to Crown, but it has been at least since a high school Christmas dance in 1997.

The limo was on time and was beautiful! Pricey but it's a reputable company and worth definitely worth it! The limo was spacious for up to 20 ppl. The seats were nicely laid out and the lights went with with the beat of the music. There was a panel to control the music and lights and the driver paired my phone so that we could play our own music.

Very unprofessional experience. I was overcharged $250 2 weeks after my daughters birthday limo ride. Never was I notified of any additional payment being charged. A different limo arrived than the one that I ordered, which I never complained about, I tipped the limo driver & didn’t even use our full 3 hours. The limo company claimed that there was something in the carpet that they couldn’t get out. I was never informed and we looked over the limo when we were done. This was a very unprofessional.
