David grew up in central Massachusetts and has had a lifelong passion for computers. In 2003, after a decade of IT consulting, David founded Rapid Networks so he could create the best IT company for small businesses in Colorado. David is currently focused on continual improvements to deliver the best service possible for the small business clients of Rapid Networks.

Rapid Networks does a great job managing our corporate network. Everything from hardware selection, integration, management, security and remote access, they do it all. Their techs are available when I need them and at reasonable rates. I needed someone to come in and configure about a dozen of our pcs on the network to make them accessible and protected at the same time.
We know that IT solutions are typically not very exciting to most people, but we LOVE solving technology problems and finding the best possible solution to all computer challenges. We feel lucky and privileged to be able to provide IT solutions to Denver small businesses. Sometimes, when we stop to think about what we do for a living, we think, "I can't believe I get paid to do this, " because it's so much fun!

I am a small business owner who was having issues with a PCI Compliance scan. The failed scan kept referring to an open port. Having to be my own IT person (since it is a small business) and not getting any help from my internet provider, I Googled IT providers and gave David a call. To my surprise, he said he would be able to stop by my business that afternoon to look at the problem. It ended up being a simple problem to fix (however, way above my capabilities) and I appreciated his conscientiousness and follow-up. I will certainly call David again if I have any IT issues!

Dave has been handling all of the IT needs of my small business for several years now, and has never let us down. I travel frequently for work, and not being able to access my network when halfway around the world can turn into a major problem. Dave is extremely responsive to phone calls, and has always been able to troubleshoot any issues remotely. We have also purchased several PCs through him over the past few years, two desktops and a laptop, and he has always set them up and networked them together flawlessly. I cannot recommend him high enough; well worth every penny!

We have used Rapid Networks exclusively for over 5 years for all of our IT support and I can't say enough good things about Dave and his staff. Love these guys! Super professional, very responsive and knowledgeable. Dave always goes the extra mile and then some to make sure all is well on our end. We have grown substantially over the past 5 years and Dave has helped us with our growth every step of the way. Will never use anyone but Rapid Networks! I got a notice from Century Link (or so I thought) which captured my computer and prevented me from getting rid pf it. I called Dave Maloney at Rapid Networks. It happened that he was able to come to my place in a surprisingly short time and get rid of what turned out to be a Trojan. He also installed an "admin" connection so that he can help from his office. I trust him to keep my confidentiality. Thanks, Dave
