Each household serves 18-21 residents and features a nurses' station and dining area. There is a silent call system for nursing assistance, which enhances our peaceful, homelike environment. Additionally, we are surrounded by a beautiful lake and landscaped courtyards. We offer personalized care for each resident and we pride ourselves on serving you and making sure all of your needs are met.

Services
When I talk with residents and team members in any Vetter Senior Living setting, I see warmth, friendship, laughter and beauty that speak of home to every unique person who lives with us. We provide the welcoming environment, with tasteful dcor, delicious meals and fun activities and events, plus the compassionate care and companionship of exceptional professional caregivers.
In 1975, with the purchase of their first facility, Jack and Eldora Vetter began a tradition of care that has endured through the years as a respected example of excellence to many others in the profession. However, it is not the profession that has held this company's focus all these years. It is, instead, the individuals who live with us.
We will create a living environment that radiates love, peace, spiritual contentment, dignity, and safety, while encouraging personal independence. We will dedicate ourselves to provide personalized care and services that achieve extraordinary results and exceed the expectations of those we serve. We will select and develop team members who radiate warmth, compassion, and respect while skillfully performing their duties.
The Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the VSL mission, vision and values are met within the facility, through the development of strong personal relationships, while ensuring effective and economic operation of all facility departments, providing tactful leadership and supervision, and ensuring that approved facility goals and objectives are accomplished and quality services achieved and maintained.
Vetter Senior Living is committed to providing the information you need to make informed decisions about senior living options and about the care and services we provide. As part of that commitment, we now post our resident and family satisfaction ratings online. We've developed this guide to help prospective residents and their families understand how we capture and report our resident and family satisfaction ratings.

It was a last minute slap in the face kind of situation. We had 48 hours to find Dad a place to rehab after a horrible UTI landed him in the hospital. The hospital gave me a list of places to check into and only after I picked a few out, the hospital would send over referrals to verify if there was any availability. The next 24 hours felt like a lifetime as we waited for someone (anyone) to get back to us.
It goes without saying that Brookstone Village is one of the most beautiful facilities in Omaha. But if you look past the perfectly manicured lawn, the pretty walls and decor, and incredible

My Mom has been a resident at Brookestone Village for a little over two years. The care and attention she has received in that time has been excellent! I can’t say enough about the nursing staff, cna’s, dietary, therapy and every department in the facility. My Mother has stated how much she loves living at Brookestone Village and how good the staff takes care of her.

I have limited experience with these types of facilities, but we've been very pleased with Brookstone. Great facilities, organized nursing and CNA staff and an altogether quality organization. I've learned from hard experience that there are much worse facilities in Omaha, but I'm not sure if there are any better.

My experience with Brookstone Village was less than ideal. I agree that the facilities are lovely. This gives family a sense that this is a good place for their loved-one to go for rehabilitation services.
My dear mother, stayed at this facility for approximately 5 days. She had undergone a very difficult round of chemotherapy and was in a neutropenic state, meaning her white blood cell counts were extremely low and her immunity was very compromised. A requirement for all chemo patients when they are in a low white count state is for staff to wear a mask, gloves and a gown. An alert was on my

The only reason they get a star is because the form requires something in order to be able to write a review. After a minor stroke, we put my mom here after a short hospital stay. Her time there was supposed to be spent working on getting her strength back in her legs - she had been in a hospital bed for a few days and was pretty weak. We were lucky that she suffered no other complications from her stroke. We moved her in for what was supposed to be a few weeks. She also suffered from migraines so we were hoping to prevent one of those while she was there. During the meal service, they were unorganized

From the moment I went in for an unscheduled tour I was blown away! My mom needed a stay after being in the hospital. The physical therapy room is incredible. Residents were clean and cared for. Many were socializing and out of their rooms. The food is good and the facility itself is beautiful. We were thrilled. If there were more stars to give I would.
