When I talk with residents and team members in any Vetter Senior Living setting, I see warmth, friendship, laughter and beauty that speak of home to every unique person who lives with us. In 1975, with the purchase of their first facility, Jack and Eldora Vetter began a tradition of care that has endured through the years as a respected example of excellence to many others in the profession. However, it is not the profession that has held this company's focus all these years. It is, instead, the individuals who live with us.

The Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the VSL mission, vision and values are met within the facility, through the development of strong personal relationships, while ensuring effective and economic operation of all facility departments, providing tactful leadership and supervision, and ensuring that approved facility goals and objectives are accomplished and quality services achieved and maintained.

Papillion manor is an incredible place. The day I moved my mother in, she was treated like family. At least a dozen staffers came by to introduce themselves and make sure she was welcome.
The care and facilities are top notch.
My mom was extremely hesitant to move. After one day she told me “I’m very happy”. This says a lot that she felt comfortable this soon.

Papillion Manor is the only place I would consider placing a Loved One whether for rehabilitation after a procedure or a place to live offering that long term care they need. They always go beyond for the Residence and I have been Impressed when I have been there with the cleanliness, food, and Staff.
