We support this effort by providing two A2LA accredited labs; one located in Cincinnati, OH and the other in Sterling Heights, MI. Our environmental testing labs offer a wide range of services including, temperature, humidity, altitude, vibration, HALT & HASS, drop impact, thermal shock, salt spray corrosion, and more.
Services
Our testing facilities consist of two locations with one being on the main campus in Cincinnati, OH and a second laboratory in Sterling Heights, MI. Formerly named, CSZ Testing Services, our test laboratories have grown in capacity and services steadily by providing world class testing services to many automotive suppliers in the Detroit area.
We are committed to customer satisfaction from the initial point of contact understanding the test application and developing the right testing solution to meet and/or exceed our customers' needs. Fully detailed and documented reports of your test results are included along with a Certificate of Compliance.
We offer temperature and humidity capabilities to suit your testing needs. We use thermal shock testing to detect product flaws with rapid temperature change rates from extreme cold to hot environments. We offer stability testing for ICH Q1A compliance, shelf life testing, pharmaceutical stabillity, medical device testing and more.
In order to provide the most realistic and value-added results for your testing projects, additional variables are often needed. Incorporating additional environments with vibration such as temperature and humidity provides real-world conditions the product will realize in its end use condition. When testing for reliability or for compliance, each project has very specific conditions that must be met.
In our Sterling Heights test lab, we are proud to offer one of the largest vertical thermal shock chambers available. This thermal shock chamber provides up to 128 cu.ft. of internal space in each temperature zone. A typical transfer cycle for this chamber is completed in 10 seconds or less.
