Brandon was very helpful from day 1 of my accident. He went above and beyond to help me and explained everything in details. He took my car in his garage on friday evening when most of the businesses told me NO. His works speaks for him. Exteremely professional, kind, honest and trustworthy. He quoted me the best price possible and did everything to bring it down as I was paying out of pocket. There's not many people you can trust in such matters but I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. All the advice he gave me was genuine! really appreciate it!! Sea street Collision took care of my son who crashed his first car. They fixed up pretty good for the price. Even told my son he could pay the money in installments since he is only 18 and his accident on his car came out of his pockets. It was couple of thousands $$. He went by himself since I was busy. I was very moved by their gestures. I will make sure to stop by and say Thank You to those folks.

I was initially going to rate four-star is because it took so long for the work on my car to be done (granted it was a pretty major repair). However, as time dragged on because of a lack of available parts, they took care of a rental car for me for a couple of weeks. I'm used to businesses trying to screw folks over, so I thought this was really decent of them. I'm sure they don't have a ton of control over the parts situation in a Covid economy, so I appreciate what they did. It made my life a lot easier. Car came out great.

My review starts with a freak incident that my vehicle was involved in, which required some minor cosmetic repairs. After the first two shops I called were unable to schedule me in (with one shop suggesting I do the work myself, which is pretty odd, not naming names here), Sea Street Collision were more than happy to accommodate me.
John was terrific from start to finish. In summary, he was able to get the ball rolling as fast as anyone would for this repair, provided detailed updates on the vehicle's status and managed to save some money for us in the process, which I have never said about a

I can only speak highly about this place. They not only did a beautiful job on my car... they assisted with the insurance company and handled EVERYTHING for me! Then they returned my car detailed! Definitely choose this place! I’ll always go there now!

This review is embarrassingly late, but I took my car to Sea St Collision last spring after my front end was hit. They were great from the start. My insurance doesn't cover rentals, so they worked with the other driver's insurance company to get me a replacement vehicle while they worked on mine. They did an absolutely beautiful job-you'd never know thy anything happened. And, they detailed my car when they were done-which was so appreciated! I hope I never need these guys again, but if I do I know I'll be in the best hands!

Sea St. staff were incredibly helpful and treated my really old car like gold! They fixed the hood, and the radiator that was old and dented. It looks great. John, Brandon and the crew did a great job and my car looks wonderful! I thank you so much for taking good car of my ancient, only car! I recommend Sea Street Collision highly. Try them. They are busy and with COVID, things have to be slower, and please, wear a mask! Thanks again!

This should be a one star actually but the only reason I'm not is because John was extremely professional and very nice. Brendan is extremely unprofessional and likes to bash people and call them names in front of everyone. Yes... he did that. Very ignorant and unprofessional. I won't ever deal with that again. Disgusting!!!

Five Stars all around! I highly recommend Sea Street Collision& Repair. John & Brandon are both very professional and great at communicating. They provide high quality service and I was very pleased with my overall experience here. I dropped my car off with a large dent on the front bumper & many scratches on the tires after a recent accident, and when I went to pick up my car, It looked like brand new! They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car, without me even asking them to. Thank you John and Brandon :))

Brandon and the team at Sea Street Collision are the best! A few months ago they replaced my side mirror quickly without any issues. Most recently, a tree fell on my car and took our nearly every panel. They turned my car around in less than a month and it looks brand new! Great work, honest repairs, couldn’t be happier!
