Sloppy closing. Nicholas the loan officer thinks he is slick but has a personality of a goat. Before the re-fi was done they sold the mortgage to Mr. Cooper. Be aware.

Great experience. Started my loan process with a different mortgage broker and had to switch when they were unable to fulfill their promise. Jon with foundation mortgage picked up the pieces and made everything move smoothly even with a short time frame to work with. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.
