It was my second time that I have refinanced my mortgage with Swiftlend, and I can only be grateful to Laszlo, who presented me with the different daily rates to choose my own APR. Any other broker would've just thrown a number in the room i.e 2.625% is your rate, and would've never let me know, that indeed I can also get a rate for 1,75% or 2,175% but this rate would cost me a few thousand more at the time of closing. However, if I calculate the savings over 15 years, between the higher and lower rate, it is a no-brainer. Again, big thanks to Laszlo and Team Swiftlend, I can only recommend them
