Selected tenants that destroyed a recently remodeled home after a just a few months. Dog lived in garage and deficated on floors so bad with bleach and multiple products it took forever until smell was tolerable. Lost thousands of dollars and hardly any security deposit had been collected. When we looked at application after the fact friends were listed as references so a lack of thorough screening and an actual inspection like what they get paid to do but didn't might have helped. Owner beware.

I used to work for a couple of their employees (Todd and Michelle Stiger) and they are complete crooks. They wrote me bad checks after bad checks for work I had done and money I'd put out. They 1099 me for every bad check they wrote me as well. They owe me thousands. I cant imagine anyone on the planet would trust them with the amount of money and trust involved in a real estate transaction. They are straight up lying thieves! And it also seems they are giving themselves false positive reviews.
There are many like me. Don't join the club.

This company still amazes me. They lie on a response from my previous review - major one being about rent being demanded... I've never been late on my rent.. Owner basically begs us to remove our post but yet repairs have not been completed. I make a "bad" review - more like an honest one - and they have all of their friends and some employees write wonderful things on their google reviews to make them seem a company that they are not. This company has been a huge disappointment and that is all I will say. I will not continue to play their games but I would hate for someone else to be treated the

Reviews (Michelle and Julie "5 Stars") are employees of the company. Julie actually being the owner. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They harass their tenants.. Randomly have my home inspected - multiple times- because of their neglect. Took months to get my home remediated from BLACK MOLD. Company refused to have anyone come out after the storm to take a look at the home for Mold. My fiance and I were homeless for months due to their neglect. My last inspection, their Maintenance, Todd - Michelle's Husband - Mrs "5 Star Comment" told me the home was in perfect condition - aside

As a vendor who does some painting and miscellaneous repairs for this company, I must say that I have never had a problem getting paid for jobs which were completed. The staff is always courteous, respectful and knowledgeable when it come to repairs.
Even when I rented from them a number of years back, they always sent someone out in a prompt manner to repair something I was not able to fix myself.
I give them 5 stars for the simple fact that they are honest and loyal to their customers and vendors. A quality not seen in a lot of property management companies.
