This is one company I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home. The staff was very professional and helpful with issues I had pertaining to the rental property. Best of all is that the manager actually returned phone calls and did her best to answer my questions.

I recently rented from this real estate company and they are awsome. Friendly and responsive from the get go. It's been a long process finding a home to rent but it finally came to an end here. I worked with khrystie mainly and she made me feel right at home. So far everyone has been helpful with any questions I've had. I had an A/C issue the first week and they had someone respond and fix it in 1 day! Thank you for getting me into my apartment!!

Would absolutely NOT recommend. They are unresponsive, not just ONE person but the entire team. These people are thieves in plain sight.
From the owner Dan Norden to the real estate agents including Khrystie Gonzalez, who at first seems very nice just to sell you on the property but will then never respond phone calls or emails to this day and it’s been almost a month.
Finally got a hold of the landlord and he is keeping the full deposit even though we hired a monthly cleaning service and paid extra for a deep cleaning one week prior to us exiting the premises. Please under ANY circumstances

We worked with Khrystie Gonzalez since June on renting a place in Florida and we live in Illinois. any questions we had Khrystie always was prompt with getting us the information and always made sure we were sure we understood the contracts we needed to fill out. She made this transition very easy for us and was always there to help walk us through everything. hopefully when we move in I get to thank her and show my appreciation for everything she did to make this as easy as possible!
