An invaluable tool that I have access to is that I can run you what is known as a CMA report. If you are buying or selling a home, it allows me to provide you a summary of the recent home sales for a given area so that together we can analyze the market trends so that you can make an educated decision about how to price the value of your home or bid on a potential home of interest.
Kathy Stobb has extensive experience in real estate, relocation, and property management. She earned a BA from Rutgers University in NJ in 1989 and earned her NJ Real Estate Salespersons license the following year. She specialized in real estate marketing, planning, property management and relocation for both property development companies and a relocation company in NJ before relocating to SW Florida with her family over 20 years ago.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Colleen and her husband Kevin escaped the cold winters and relocated to Bonita Springs 11 years ago to enjoy all the outdoor actives SW Florida has to offer all year long. When not helping her clients find the perfect home, Colleen enjoys spending time with her three young children, attending their soccer practice/games, dance classes, volunteering at their school, and completing DIY projects.
I was born and raised in Miami. I moved to Estero about 2 years ago with my husband and two beautiful kids, as my husband was transferred from Hialeah to Naples, FL. After working in the Title industry for more than 15 years, I decided it was time for a career change and I become a Real Estate Agent.
From the time I was born until the time I was 19 years old I lived in a small, one stoplight town in Pennsylvania called West Middlesex. Then, I decided it was time to escape the cold winters and move to Florida where I wrapped up my undergraduate degree at Florida Gulf Coast University to obtain my degree in Accounting.

Kathy and her team have always been courteous, shown utmost professionalism and always addresses any questions or concerns - she creates long standing relationships by her honesty and how she conducts and maintains her business. She is always looking out for the owners as well as the tenants and sets clear upfront expectations for each. She is by far the best in the business!
