My husband, daughter and I have been living here since January and we truly love it. It’s quiet, well maintained and any issues we’ve had has been addressed immediately. Taunya the manager, kept us in mind when we were looking and as soon as a unit became available she called us. She is always friendly, professional and dresses fantastic lol and more importantly works very hard to make sure things are well taken care of. Rent is high anywhere decent nowadays but the space you get here in the units is well worth it. It seems to be a bunch of hard working families here and so are we, so we fit

I rented an apartment in Palm Springs for 6 years before making the move to Cathedral City due to separating from an old roommate. Manager Taunya was great made the transition very smooth, quick, and has always been available to answer any questions. She even met with me very early on my move in date to accommodate my busy work schedule. I appreciate it and so far I have very much enjoyed this quiet, clean, and beautiful complex!

I've been living here since Feb. with my family and we've been living comfortably. Our neighbors have been friendly. Taunya, the manager is just great and has been very helpful. Maintenance has been available right away when it's been needed. The grounds are very well maintained. The apartments are very roomy and have been upgraded. Rent is decent. Pets are welcome with no monthly fee added. Assigned parking. Tennis court. Pool. Gated. We're very content living here. Definitely deserves a good review.

If you are comfortable living in a gated community professionally managed, where the rules/guidelines are inforced and tenants made to adhere to them, and where both the manager and maintenance gentleman are as professional AND attentive, move into this complex. The new owner has implemented a sense of security, while still maintaining a level of freedom. There are still some tenants who DO NOT like to abide by any rules, who I pray will eventually be moved out or leave. No place is perfect, but our little community is headed in the right direction. Bravo, Cannon Management!

The environment and the unit are very nice. The manager named Sergio was very dedicated, friendly and helpful. He always answered calls. He walked me through the community and the unit, explained everything in details. But after he left his position at the middle of my application, everything became horrible. Calls were seldom answered. If I was answered by luck, they would promise to call me back later but they didn't more often than they did. I submitted and paid $90 for my application 22 days ago. Yesterday, they insisted that I must pay another $100 to run my credit check. I had contacted some
