I moved into this residency in October 2020. I had a studio and absolutely loved it. The bathroom was so beautiful I loved the size and the kitchen was also a full size it really made my space feel large. I recently moved into a one bedroom loft and I love it. The space is beautiful countertops sparkle and the windows make the space feel so open. The property is kept up so well. The pool is great and has more then enough seating for everyone to lounge. The fire pit is really fabulous during the chilly winter nights. I really feel a sense of community. Tina and Chuck have really done a great job

I moved here from Chicago just a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. I absolutely love my 1 bdrm loft apt. There's a cool community of residents here that are very friendly and actually hang out with each other at the fire pit, the grills, communal tables and the pool or the nearby bars (FYI the outer apts on Arenas and Calle Encilio can hear bar music till late at night, but my inner apt is quiet). The landscaping is gorgeous and the grounds are very well maintained. Quite a few hummingbirds nest and live here. Minutes walk to downtown restaurants and stores, it feels like city living in

The 1 bedroom lofts electricity bill is insanely high ($300-400) a month because of old windows and every unit has different a/c untis. The trees need to be trimmed. The laundry room is always having problems.The current manager Chuck gets NOTHING done and blaming it on the property being sold less then 18 months ago and them having reached they're spending budget. Oh and let's not forget about the huge water roach problem that they have.

Been living here since November of 2018, this place is absolutely trash, i live on the exterior part of the building where there is NO CAMERAS, my brand new motorcycle got stolen, my truck got broken into. Homeless hangout is right around the corner. Even my ashtray outside got stolen. There are 120 plus units and 80 percent of the washing machines are ALWAYS broken. The property manager does not do a thing to try and help. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Pictures make this place look ok, but i promise you this is not the place you want to rent.

I applied and got approved. They tried faxing my employers and past residences a verify form but they did not respond and I was told it was " common"
Then the person processing my app had the nerve to say they looked my employer up and couldn't find them online as if they didnt believe I worked there.
Too difficult !!!
I took my money somewhere else and
I ended up finding something better for the same price about a few miles away. They even gave me my keys the same day

I just moved here about two weeks ago and im pleased so far with my new place. Other then the floors squeaking everything seems ok. The manager was very nice and showed me everything the apt complex has to offer. The laundry room is like a full laundromat. And you use your debit card instead of quarters. Nice pool.

We have been at Latitude 33 for over 8 months now, we chose to rent here for our vacation getaway and we have not regretted it all. This place is so well kept, it has 24 hour security, and the staff is always extremely helpful and kind. They have truly done an amazing job converting this complex into a modern and beautiful place to live. I couldn't recommend it more. Thank you Latitude 33 for taking such good care of our home.
