The staff is wonderful here! Especially Jo, the person who handles all the maintenance here. If there is anything broken in your apartment, he is there with a smile, and fixes any issues promptly! I toured the property this week and am on a waitlist for an availability. I've been touring several apartments in the PS area lately and found these to be very clean and beautifully maintained.

Villa Boutique is one of the best places to rent in Palm Springs. The property is kept to "white glove" standards and it is a joy to interact with the staff. DeWayne Garcia is the manager and goes out of his way to assist and be attentive. The immaculate grounds and upkeep of everything is done by JO who is absolutely "on the ball" with everything he does. Repairs, maintenance, and any other possible issue, from small to larger, Jo reacts within minutes to get it repaired or replaced. He is a delightful man and we are lucky to have him overseeing the rental units and grounds. Here's to JO - KUDOS

Apartment complex is well kept, and nicely groomed and the apartment property manager, Brianna Boozer, is definitely one of the most professional, respectful, pleasant, and accurately/honestly informative property managers I've had. Neighbors are incredibly friendly-everything from grocery stores to restaurants to parks are in walking distance. Absolutely love this place.

Im a new tenant and I be moving in on 03/06/20. I read some of the reviews and i want to say that Brianna was nice not rude at all she gave me the break down on the rent and deposit she gave my daughter and I a tour of the property I think she doing a good job and the other girl in the office i forgot her name but she was also helpful

We moved to this location since it was very close to my business they moved us in for 1295 then after a year bump it to 1385.we also paid for water sewer trash pest control and management fee.Water And trash they charge $25 in summer for each apartment and 20$ trash.you pay electricity and gas as well.My apartment was too dark didn’t see the sun much so it was too cold in winter.The apartment was clean but the last month we had a lot of Coakroches.Laundry was convenient in the unit but was too old and too small.My car got vandalized twice there.Finally they took my whole deposit of $450 and credit

Moved in a few months ago & although we were quite pleased with the apartment itself as well as the apartment grounds, I’m extremely disappointed in how they have gone about handling a situation I have had for MONTHS with the people living directly above me. I have asked nicely, begged and pleaded with this management. I work VERY long hours and am rarely home. When I do get home, I’m consistently woken up by the goofballs who live above me, who have absolutely NO COMMON COURTESY for us & proceed to do workouts, drop heavy objects and move furniture around all of this late at night after 11
