Update,,, my husband just got sent to collection for a bill that he paid in full. When we brought up my husband was in the ER after his filling from an infection they wanted nothing to do with giving him antibiotics and said it had nothing to do with there dirty instruments when the ER doc and our lawyer has dictated a complete report. Have a Schmuck of a collection agency try and treat you like crap when you prove them wrong will get you sued, also fraudulent billing and coding which thanks to past patients and these reviews we are able to compile a lawsuit against this office. Sorry to say

Been a patient for about 12 years. Me and my family have been more than happy with the care we have received. This is maybe the 3rd time in 12 years that I have called with an unplanned issue and I ended the phone call needing to call another dentist. I tried making a 2pm appt for the following day that worked for them but not so much for me. I was honest in saying that I might not be able to make the appt and would know by 10am, 4 hours before the appt. She didn't like that and no appt was made. This was the case the last time as well and I am wondering why I need to find another dentist to call

Dr. Roman and his staff are exceptional. They are warm, comforting and professional. I have been going to Dr.Roman and his staff for over 15+ years and they are the best!!
I have also had Lori Jors as my hygienist at Dr.Roman's offices for over 2 decades. She is professional and friendly. Her tips on dental care are simple and practical and always easy to implement. She really cares for her patients and takes the time to educate on good dental hygiene. Lori is always prompt and efficient.

Dr Roman was referred to me by Dr Gechoff. I was in need of a veneer on one of my lower teeth ( #25) Dr Roman suggested I have a custom color match done at the El Cajon lab and I am beyond pleased with the results. I don't leave reviews that often but for Dr. Roman and most importantly Jacob I had to. I hadn't been to the dentist in a shamefully long time. I was scared. I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist. Jacob was SO nice, so non judgmental and so professional. He took a really hard situation and did what he could for me. It was a bad situation I created and he was kind enough to help me navigate it. As for Dr Roman I don't know him very well but his reputation in my community is impeccable and he must obviously foster a climate of kindness and professionalism because that is how

I cannot say enough great things about this dental firm. My first experience was great and everyone since then has been just as good. Office staff is friendly, caring and very helpful. I had an extensive procedure done by Dr George, and he gained my trust completely. Gentle and caring from the start. His assistant is great too. I highly recommend this office and Dr George. It’s nice to see that the entire staff understands that many (like myself) fear going to the dentist and they completely take care of your fears and make you comfortable.

Great Dentist, we've made our rounds with a few Dentists, just out of proximity since we've moved from Santee. I'll refrain from some horror stories, with my Wife and two daughters and other Dentists. You'd think Coastal San Diego would have some good Dentists, but we had a tough time finding one... But we've come back years ago to Dr. Roman, and to this day don't look back. Dr Roman is the real deal and his staff are superb.
This review could have been put in a few years back, with their exceptional Service, but recently I had a Toothache on a Sat. Got lucky

The worst and the most fraudulent billing I have seen right in front of my eyes. This review is coming from now my 6th visit, not coming from my first impression. My wife has been going there so I started going and this is the way it works. No matter if you have the best insurance they will find a way to stick you with a high cash bill on top of the fact. The dentist has his assistant doing a job that it way out of her scope of practice. To give you an example, The tech was molding my tooth for a temp crown and than just gave up and put this foil generic cover over my tooth which then came

The best of the best operate at this establishment. I always have piece of mind and comfort when seeking treatment with Dr Roman and Associates. Very gentle and friendly. I travel clear across San Diego county to Santee for all my dental treatments with Dr Roman and Lori (the hygienist). They are Aces.

I just celebrated my 20 year anniversary with Dr Roman's office. Needless to say I love everyone there - always friendly and accommodating. I normally see Lori for my cleanings, and I absolutely adore Jody at the front. They've seen me grow up, and even if I moved away from San Diego, I'd still make the trek out here every 4-6 months for my cleanings because nobody does it quite like they do.

Was recommended by our Orthodontist for daughter to have 3 baby teeth pulled. Dr. Roman, and his staff were AMAZING!!! I have cannot even think of one thing to complain about. They were amazing with my 11 year old, in calming her fears too. We are now switching to Dr. Roman as our Family Dentist.

By far the best experience I have had at a dentist. I had an unfortunate event occur and resulted in needing two root canals and crowns. At my first appointment, I was supposed to just have an exam, when Dr. George saw the pain I was in, he made time to do one of the root canals. I had no pain during any of the procedures, my crowns look amazing. The staff was all very professional and helpful. Even the billing was pain free and they made sure I was able to pay for the treatment I needed. I drove out of my way to go to this dentist, but the travel was worth it. I would highly suggest seeing

I just recently started coming to this dentist because I've heard nothing but great things about Dr Romans office. I have family and family friends that come here and they love it.
The staff here is really nice at the desk and the doctors and the assistants know exactly what they're doing. They always make you feel comfortable and welcomed.
As a kid I used to always get nervous coming to the dentist, buy now, it just seems like a regular dr appointment. This office is a great office with a friendly staff.

I've been going to see Dr. Roman and Lori for around 15, or so, years. I go three to four times a year for regular cleanings and checkups. Everyone there is amazing! Lori is simply incredible, I have yet to see her in a bad mood, she is always so cheerful and happy and a top notch Dental Hygienist. Dr. Roman is simply the best Dentist and also always incredibly nice and polite. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new Dentist! Everyone at their office is also always so nice and kind. I suppose this is a bit strange to say about a Dentist, but I actually look forward to all

Dr. Roman and his office/support staff is definitely as good as it gets!! Extremely professional AND personable. Very reasonable cost. Super efficient in getting payment from my insurance co. My son went in for a tooth repair - he has no insurance - they did an excellent job and, again, very reasonable cost!
I've had my share of bad, overpriced dentists in my time. Not here! I won't go anywhere else!
