Studio 5 Fitness provides the best boutique-style fitness experience on the North Shore. Our space is welcoming and the environment is fun, supportive and motivating. Our team of talented instructors will lead your through a series of classes designed to help you achieve your fitness-related goals.

S5 offers a diverse schedule and a variety of classes that includes barre, pilates, circuit training, tabata, bootcamp, yoga, indoor cycle, and personal training. Our classes are high energy and challenging, yet designed to be easily modifiable to accommodate all fitness levels.
Services
S5 Pilates is not your ordinary pilates class. After just a few classes you will start to see and feel a longer, leaner, and stronger you! We focus on core strength, increasing flexibility, and we move through a series of movements designed to build strength with ease. This class welcomes anyone and everyone.
The "5" in Studio 5 reflects the five fundamentals of physical fitness: muscle strength and muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. We've built our program so that each of our specialty classes addresses one or more of these critical components and will maximize your time spent with us.

Calling all coaches, athletes, brides, birthday girls, co-workers, families and friend groups! Small group training is JUST like personal training but with some of your favorite people. These sessions are goal-orientated, focused, personalized and, most importantly, fun! Any trainer will tell you, when you're held accountable due to the "buddy system" you're much more apt to show up, and showing up is half the battle.
You must purchase a Studio 5 class, package, or monthly membership before you can reserve a spot in a class. Please make sure to register for class beforehand, as this will guarantee your spot. All class reservations must be cancelled two (2) hours before the start of class. For classes that are held at 8:30am OR EARLIER, we must receive your cancellation by 9pm the evening before class.

I cannot express enough how amazing this studio is. I have been going to Studio5 for over 2 years, it is my happy place.
The instructors are incredible. These women are not only strong, they know all the best work outs and provide amazing support. I highly recommend any class at Studio5 !!!

I love every class at studio 5 and the energy that comes with them. I used to work out at a gym but it's so hard for me to get motivated. Taking classes here has helped me become healthier and inspired me to eat better as well. The instructors are always full of good vibes and energy that keeps the class going the whole way through!

I started at this studio to change up my routine. I tagged along with my sister who had been going on a regular basis. I was working out in a gym and had just lost my mojo. When I took my first spin class I absolutely fell in love. I had been spinning for over a year at my gym, but nothing compared to the energy and music in this class. I soon was taking core, buns, and guns, pilates, yoga, boxing and bootcamp on a regular basis. I found my tribe. I was motivated knowing the person next to me was working hard and wanted to be there. Fast forward 9 months, and I'm now teaching here. I cannot say

This is a wonderful fitness studio. I would recommend studio 5 to anyone who has a desire to get in shape. They offer a wide variety of studio classes, spin, yoga, cross training, barre, and more. They offer classes at many different times, including early morning. The 6am classes help me get my workout in before work. The classes are filled with supportive and encouraging participants and instructors. If you are looking for a place to get in shape look no further.

I wanted to check out the Barre classes. I am in pretty good shape and had tried Barre once before but mostly stick to strength training with weights and cross fit. I ordered the 5 days for $5 special and then got my friend the same but also a gift certificate towards a drop in class. We started with a Saturday morning Barre class with Sarah, it was great. Got a good work out. The place was pretty packed but clean and fun. We decided to try the next day a different barre class, but was disappointed to see it was already full and the wait list was full already. We then tried another Sunday

I absolutely LOVE this place. The instructors Lindsay, Sara and Kailey are extremely friendly and knowledgable. But don't let that fool you, these workouts are tough but you will want to keep coming back for more. Could not recommend this place enough. If you're in the area, you must try this place!!

Studio Five Fitness is amazing! I took advantage of their $5 for 5 days deal and it was a great choice!

As someone who has ZERO strength I was definitely nervous. But, the owner Lindsay, instantly put me at ease. Not once did I feel out of place or embarrassed. Lindsay offered modifications without making you feel less than the others.

It is because of the great experience I have had here that I will continue to come back. I definitely recommend this studio if you're looking for a comfortable environment to learn something new from fabulous instructors. Don't miss out!
