As a former collegiate athlete, I understand what the body goes through to perform at an optimum level. I also know what it's like to benefit from a regular Chiropractic adjustment to ensure the body's performance and health. Throughout my years on-and-off the ski slopes, I relied on Chiropractic to help my body recover from the sport and to minimize injuries.
We do not subscribe to the fast-food approach to Chiropractic care. We take our time to learn about you and your health care goals. Dr. Stefanie Haugen is a well-respected chiropractor located in Seattle, WA in the West Seattle neighborhood. She's had the pleasure of helping people of all ages get their health back in the right direction following their auto accidents. Her services are drug-free and work with the body to accelerate healing, rather than simply mask signs and symptoms of an automobile accident injury - many of which don't show up right away.

My body was destroyed over the years and Dr. Stephanie (after a lot of work on both our parts) finally has me feeling better than I ever have in my ENTIRE LIFE. I was involved in a car accident not to mention, I'm fairly athletic so my body is my TOOL. In addition, I had a lingering pain in my ribs for years and years and it has resolved itself, hopefully indefinitely. After only 3 appts so far with Dr. Haugen and I'm feeling renewed. My nagging hip pain from a jammed hip is gone, my chronic back issues are improving (I can put socks on without pain y'all - it's AMAZING) and I actually have more energy and optimism - hooray! I began seeing Dr. Stefanie for some hip pain and she was able to do a very thorough analysis, and began treatment with me. Within 3 weeks my discomfort was almost completely eliminated and began a process to keep that issue as well as some lower back pain away.
She really cares for her patients and listens to me. She is great about explaining what is going on and what is happening with the body. Incredibly knowledgeable and authentic in her approach. I'm so glad I found her first.

Stefanie is amazing! My first time going to a chiro and she explained everything to me really clearly, and really helped me figure out what’s going on. I absolutely loved going here. The staff was great and I felt really comfortable. I was really nervous before, but I had such a pleasant experience. I honestly can’t wait to work with Stefanie even further and help fix my back problems!

Dr. Robyn has been treating me since my collision a year ago. She obviously loves what she does, as it shows in her care and concern for her patients. Dr. Robyn is an outstanding chiropractor and her staff is wonderful. I have grown up with chiropractic care and she is one of the best I've ever been to. After 30+ years of two careers where I was doing heavy lifting, carpentry, painting, and typing for long shifts, my back was really out of whack. I had a certain area between my shoulder blades that would constantly be in pain. Since going to see Dr. Robyn almost 3 months ago, the pain is almost gone. Dr. Robyn is very attuned to each patient and so is each member of the staff there. From the moment one walks in until leaving, you feel cared for by the entire team.
