Trying to contact vertex is impossible. They can take upwards of a month to respond. They often respond with the wrong documents or incorrect information. They cannot manage funds and never manage snow removal. Absolutely terrible.
EDIT: I was contacted by vertex to remove this review. They were very hostile and even asked who I worked for?? I will emphasize, this is the worst company I have ever worked with. When selling my home in the community they managed, deadlines and closing date were delayed because they could not get information to us in a timely matter. Avoid at all costs.

I want to thank Missy and Jessica for a always following up and addressing any concerns that have come up during my time at Paragon Mill. I contacted Vertex in May 2021 and had a very pleasant and successful conversation with Dawn. I had to once again contact them on September 10th, and had the pleasure of again speaking with Dawn. I can honestly say that she is the most enthusiastic, helpful, and optimistic employee I have ever spoken to in customer service. Communication is excellent and I wish everyone could have the same wonderful and personable attitude.

Our condo association has been using Vertex since at least 2016, perhaps longer. I am basing this review on many interactions over the 5+ years (not from a disgruntled 1x occurrence). I find them to be unprofessional and unresponsive. I often have to call or write 3x or more before getting a response and when they do finally respond, there is sometimes no resolution (e.g. waiting for 3+ months for a response to a common area safety request). I have requested the opportunity to speak with our association president or a senior member of the Vertex staff, and have been given the run around - thus

Vertex Professional Group manages my neighborhood. We are a beautiful neighborhood of 700+ families. The park-like setting with all the lovely trees is what attracted us to the area. I live on a corner lot and the HOA takes care of their property on the corner where there are bushes and lillies and on the side which is on the main road through the neighborhood. In April of 2019, we had dead trees on the side which ended up with us losing 3 big trees and we lost 3 bushes on the corner. This had a direct and negative impact on the curb appeal of our home (and our street). We pay $3000+/year on our

I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent experience I had with Donna in regards to my condo payment. I somehow missed the change in the payment structure and unknowingly became behind in payments. Donna was so helpful and understanding, she waived the late fees and explained how to set up for the new way to pay. I really appreciated the friendly and professional treatment. Thank you.

We recently bought a house in a neighborhood with an HOA ran by Vertex Management. I worked with Steve Egbers and he was kind enough to spend nearly 45 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions before my husband and I went through with our home purchase. I appreciated his dependability, transparency, and willingness to help us with everything so that we could make the best decision for our family. Overall we are very happy with our experience!

I would like to give the Vertex professional group a five star rating. I have over 25 years of experience with Delta Airlines. I am now retired. We were trained to give outstanding service during my years of employment.
I would especially like Donna Pertgen to be recognized. Donna has helped me the most whenever I call the office. Usually she answers my phone calls. If not she always returns my calls. Donna is very attentive to my needs. She is understanding, compassionate and is a good listener.
Sherwood Lakes is far from perfect. But this is due to negligent owners and renters. They come in

Once again Vertex does not disappoint with their lack of proper maintenance and
care to their properties. At first I thought it was just me, but as I talk to other home owners I find that they're as upset as I am! I have sent several emails about the following: Lack of mulch around trees, the shrubs were not trimmed, damage to my trim around my garage done by their lawn care service ,loose siding and part of the trim of the roof falling down. Three of those issues were brought to their attention over a year ago. Then to add insult to injury I came home yesterday to my Master HOA statement

This management group has really declined in service. The information provided, when information is actually provided, has been inaccurate and incomplete. Sometimes multiple requests for the same incident have to be made because there isn't a timely response, when there is actually a response. There are so many property management groups from which to choose. Choose one that is transparent, ethical, competent, and cares about the quality of the service provided.

From non-response to emails to out and out lies and promises never kept to the simplest of issues not resolved....this is a joke of a business and a rip off to its paying customers. Only reason I gave them 1 star is because I had to.

Incompetent doesn't begin to describe this company. Rarely is anyone in the office and one can wait for a couple of days to get a response either by email or by phone. Repair work which needs to be done, can drag on for weeks and sometimes for months, including repair work which should be done quickly to avoid further damage. Time and again it has been apparent that the persons I'm talking to know practically nothing about maintaining real property and "management" simply doesn't exist.
